By following the guidelines we've outlined, you will be ensuring the quickest turnaround and maximum quality of your printed piece. Please keep in mind turnaround time when submitting a job. If you do not follow the file guidelines outlined in our FAQ, time delays can occur. If you have any questions regarding proper sizing, color mode, resolution, bleed and live area, please contact us at support@theprintwave.com.   VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS CONCERNING COLOR REPRODUCTION Gang-Run Printing refers to the specialization in supplying customers with affordable four-color printing. Utilizing this method known as "Gang-Running", this approach combines your short-run jobs with others having similar requirements. This allows the initial production costs to be spread out over several jobs, greatly reducing the make-ready charges for each customer. All of our jobs are handled by skilled professionals on state-of-the-art equipment to assure you quality work at affordable prices. BUT GANG-RUN PRINTING HAS IT'S LIMITATIONS Because of limitations with the Gang-Run printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed and by placing an order with ThePrintwave.com you agree to this limitation. We accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. We will show you an online proof of your job shortly after receiving it in our production department, but actual time will vary depending on our current workload. No job will be sent to press without your approval, so please reply as quickly as possible. Please take note that an on-line proof is by no means an accurate color reproduction of your final printed piece but is a final opportunity for you to check the layout, bleeds, crops and final text. After we have shown you an online proof and you determine that you need to submit new files you can do so by Upload revised files here. Do to the time it takes to pre-flight and prep your files, a $25 fee will be assessed each time you submit new artwork. If you need to submit new files because the original files are corrupt or not suitable for printing, you will not be charged. By the time your job gets in our hands and we are ready to go to print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. ThePrintwave.com is also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by customer upon design completion. SERVICES AND CONDITIONS OF USE As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement. TRADEMARKS All trademarks appearing on ThePrintwave.com are trademarks of their respective owners. Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order or a personal or business check. Checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for processing and shipping of your print order if paid by check or if by PayPal e-check. RETURN / REFUND POLICY All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been prepared for printing and no on-line proof has been sent. In the case of a refund on an order that printing has not started, a $10 processing fee will be charged for Printing only jobs. If an order is cancelled after we have already pre-flighted your files and have shown you an on-line proof an additional $25 fee will be charged. RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. After we have shown you an online proof and you determine that you need to submit new files you can do so by Upload revised files here But due to the time it takes to pre-flight and prep your files, a $25 fee will be assessed each time you submit new artwork. If you need to submit new files because the original files are corrupt or not suitable for printing, you will not be charged. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge. ThePrintwave.com reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is. SHIPPING INFORMATION ThePrintwave.com assumes no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected delivery date is not guaranteed. Your order may arrive late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item. We will add insurance to each outgoing shipment to cover the replacement cost in the event of damage or loss on behalf of the shipper. We ask that you carefully plan both the anticipated turnaround time and the time to ship to your final destination as it is very difficult to process Shipping Changes once an order has been placed. We process hundreds of orders each day, and with-in minutes of receiving your order our Shipping and Fulfillment Department is already scheduling your ship date and preparing your label! Shipping changes are time consuming and costly for us. In the event that you need to change any shipping information (shipping service, destination address, etc.) after you have placed your order you will be charged an additional $10. You certify that you own the rights to use the image(s) being reproduced on your order.
